Chronological List of Anthologies

All of the anthologies found in this project are listed below in a chronological index. Anthologies published in the same year are listed alphabetically by title. The list includes separate entries for new editions of an anthology, if the new edition includes substantive changes in the contents of the anthology; reprints that do not change the primary materials in the anthology (even if they might include new prefatory matter, such as a new introduction) are noted in the entry for the anthology but are not listed separately here.

You can scroll down the page or, if you are interested in anthologies from a given era, use the search function in your browser to find items from a particular era or year. I have included decadal subheadings (from the start of the 20th century), so you can search for, say, "Anthologies from 1970s" to find the start of that decade.
