"To Make Biskets ye Lady Ingrams way [inserted right margin: fo4]
[inserted left margin: 19] Take 8 eggs put oute 2 of ye whites, & beat them a litele, & put to ym [9] spounefuls of Rose water beat it a qr, of an houre, yn put it in a pound of [L]ofe Suger very well be[illegible], beat, it all one way for 3 qrters of an houre, yn put to it a pound of fine -- flower well dried, stir it well to gether & put in Some corey ander Sedes, a litele Brused so buter your [T]ins & fill ym half full so bake ym --
