Take 8 eggs put oute 2 of the whites, & beat them a litele, & put to them 9 spounefuls of Rose water beat it a quarter of an houre, then put it in a pound of Lofe Suger very well be[illegible], beat, it all one way for 3 quarters of an houre, then put to it a pound of fine flower well dried, stir it well to gether & put in Some corey ander Sedes, a litele Brused so buter your tins & fill them half full so bake them - Subject
