                        [inserted left margin: 14] Take 3 pound of treakle mace & cloves of each half an ounce 2 large nut megs half a quarter of refined Ginger the like quantity of Cara way sedes a litele bet peper 2 large Candded Oranges Piell Cut very small mix all these together mix all these in the treakele, warm in a pot of warm water take as much wheat floure as the Treakele will make up in to a past as stif as bread paist work it soundly & sprinkele a litele Sack upon it it will make it work smouth then make it up
