Receipt for Preserving eggs. G:W.To 60 Gallons of Water add one Bushel of quik lime and 4 ounces of Creame of tartar observing to keep the Eggs cover'd with the mixture.

Two ounce of sena leaves 1/2 a quarter of an ounce of the lesser cardamom seeds—
