To 60 Gals of Water add one Bushel of quik lime and 4 oz: of cream[e] of tartar observing to keep the Eggs cover'd with the mixture.

Two [ounce] of sena leaves 1/2 a quarter of an [ounce] of the lesser cardamom seeds--
