- Take 2 large Lemons & Squeeze out ther Juce then boil the rinds and pulp till they are tender and pound them in a mortar when fine put to them a pound and a quarter of Beef suet the same weight of Currants and half a pound of Sugar three ounces of Candyd Orange or Lemon peel a Glass of Brandy a little salt & the lemon juce
