Take ye [thins] of 3 lemons paired very thick boil them in water oil they be tender beat ym small; half A pound of Almons Blanch & Beat ym [inserted above: with] Rose or Oringe flowr [wat] [ter] Half a pound of Sugar 8 eggs leave out 4 whits 3 [illegible] quarters of A Pound of Butter melted which must stand till it be almost Cold before it be put to y[r] [illegible] rest mix all togather & fill your Cheese Cakes -
