Rx half a peck of fine flo[u]r as much New Milch as will make it Dough yn take [9] Eggs whites & all and half a pinte of good ale yest yn take youre yest & Eggs beat ym to gether & put ym to gether with a litele salt & worke it to gether in to a soft paist & set it by ye fire Cover it with a Cloth whilse its Risen yn let youre over be [inserted above: prity] hot - half an houre will bake ym thay must be litele [Rowls] for Riseing -
