Rx half a peck of fine floor as much New Milch as will make it Dough then take 9 Eggs whites & all and half a pinte of good ale yest thn take youre yest & Eggs beat thm to gether & put thm to gether with a litele Salt & worke it to gether in to a soft paist & set it by the fire Cover it with a Cloth whilse its Risen thn let youre oven be prity hot - half an houre will bake thm thay must be litele Rowls for Riseing
