Take [illegible] [strikeout] [inserted above: one] pound of floore [strikeout] [inserted above: one] pound of butter - Rub them well to gether take 4 spounefuls of os sweet Creame 4 spounfuls of [East] 4 Egs - take out 2 of ye Whites mix it in to paste & set it to ye fire to Rise an houre take half a pd of Caraway Comfits & mix i[tt] well with ym butter youre pan [is] bake itt an houre will Bake itt - -
