[Rx] a pound & qrter of fine floore [Ceared] & well [text loss] put to it one pound of fine Suger well beaten mix ym well to gether yn take 5 or 6 yolkes of eges not whites and put ym in hole with ten to twelve 1 poune fuls of creame being a litele warmed, yn work ym all to gether with your hand and make ym up as - [illegible] as ordenary paste put in caraway & corey ander [feeds] a litele beaten yn [cast] ym in knoghts on butered plates & bake ym carefuley - - -
