Take a pinte & half of Milk & a pd of floor [&] half a pd of buter & put ym in when the Milk is Cold put in [inserted above: 2] spounfull of [illegible]arm - if you mix 4 or 5 pd of it you must take a good Glass full of watter & proportion Watter with the Mixture & stir ym well to geather & let ym stand all ye day & Night folowing yn bake ym Next day
