To half a pd of London Treackle one ounc[e] and a half of ye fileins of [trecl] half an ounce of pouder of Anesseds and a hal[f] peny worth of long pepper and hole Nu[t] meg pouderd Mix all these to gether and take a Spounefull in ye Morning half a spounefull in ye after Noon at 4 a clock and Walk an houre & a half after it
