take a quantity of [n]eats foo[t]s oyl and the like quantity of the C[au]l of an o[x ly] weaght put them all into an earthen pipkin and sett it upon a sa[f]t fine stir them [text loss] [w]ith fine stick till it c[o]me to an oyntme[n]t which will be in the space of 2 ours then take it and anoynt the places
