- Take a quarter of an ounce of the finist Gum Amoniacum disolved in Eight ounces of Hisop watter take 3 or 4 spoonfuls severall Times of a day you take the Gum & Rub it in a marble morter with a wood pestill and put in a litle of the watter at a time till the Gum is disolved and all the watter be got in
