Floors. Cut small two [illegible]ugills -- [P]attern 2 [p]eruples
Cochanelle on [p]eru[p]ele Let these be infused in a
quart of ye best olde Sherry till it be Severely
bitt then take half a Tea Cup fasting & at 4
aClock in ye after Noon
