Rx a pece of New Scarlet Cloth that hath never bene used Cut it the shape of a heart & Dip it in Sack & Dry it 3 times thn sprede upon it a boute 2 ounce of Mether[text loss] for a Childe of a boute 4 yrs olde then firewon it wth Speare mint Dryed to pouder very thick & lay it on from the Navell up to the Stomach thay may were it till it begin to be too Dry it will Kill the worms in 24 [text loss]
