To break an Imposthume in the Eare or for a Noise in the head
Rx Southernwood & wormwood chop it small & put it into a little Brandy betwen too dishes then slice a small sharp onion into it and sett the dish upon the fire to warme gently often turning it in the dish that it doth not grow dry at night when you go to bed put thereof into a thin Clout lay them to your Eayer bynd them on and upon that side all [night]
