Rx 4 handfuls of ye heart stamped & put in a pan. where unto
put 4 ounces of Boares Grease half a pinte of oyle olive,
Bees wax 3 ounces boyle these [struck: [illegible]]n unto ye concumtion of ye
Juyce, which is knowne by this when ye [st]af do[t]h n[o]t
Bubele a [t]all yn straine it so set it on ye fire againe
add to it 2 ounces of venice Turpentine which must boyle
in it a litele this you may resarve for your uce
