16 Ounces of common [Galls] [illegible] those of a bluish cost and firm- 8 oz. of Gum Arabic 4 Oz of Copperas- This will make one Gallon- first 4 Quarts of Rain-water to it and let it stand for about ten days shaking it two or three times a day.
