- 16 Ounces of common Galls chuse those of a bluish cast and firm- 8 oz: of Gum Arabic 4 Oz: of Copperas- This will make one Gallon- put 4 Quarts of Rain-water to it and let it stand for about ten days shaking it two or three times a day.
