A remedy for ague (fever, sometimes malarial) using juice extracted from sage leaf, mixed with vinegar.
Transcript
Take two table spoonfuls of the Juice expressed from Sage well pounded, add an equal Quantity of Vinegar & let the Patient swallow the Dose when the Fit comes on.
