- [top left margin: fo the 53] Take 3 Oz of Bark crushed not powdered 2 Oz Yellow rind of Seville Orange dried 2 Dracms Snakeroot 4 [1]/2 dracms saffron 1 dram [strikeout] Cochineal powdered - Infuse the above in one Quart of Brandy for five or six Days shaking the bottle now on then - strain the Tincture off for use
