Clear or Rack of your Cider & to Every 4 Galons put a quart of Spirets & a pound of Brown suger boyll your Suger in Som of your Cider till it be a Syrop when it is Colde put it to the Cider in to the Barell & the Spirets with it, Let it Stand 2 mounths be fore you bottle it
