Harold Saunders, American Diplomat

The world is full of unsung heroes whose impacts reach far beyond their recognition.  One of those notable heroes was Harold Saunders, an American diplomat devoted to establishing peace in unsettled parts of the globe.  From the Middle East to southern Africa, the nations of the former Soviet Union, Saunders carefully negotiated through numerous conflicts.  His career was studded with high-stakes meetings, intensive analysis, and relentless determination to build a better world.
