  A remedy, likely for the treatment of worms in humans, using "aloes rosatum" (probably a mix of the juice of aloe mixed with rosewater), iron, agaric, sweet mercury, sulphurated scammony, and oil of wormwood.
• Plague Water to Make

  A recipe for a medicinal drink made from a mixture of plants.
• For the Scurvey

  A remedy for treating scurvy using mustard seed, scurvy-grass, wormwood, and juniper berries steeped in brandy and drunk with ale.
• Fits of Mother & Confultions

  A medication to be taken by mothers experiencing convulsions comprised of senna, long pepper, anise seeds, licorice, elecampane, and white peony root; and boiled in sack (wine). Should be taken with honey and bread dipped in vinegar. An additional recipe with mercury plant, gerrymander, spearmint, fennel, liverwort, broom, wormwood, and betony is also given.

  A recipe for surfeit water (liquid medicine for indigestion).
• A resept for faintnes

  A remedy for treating faintness using wormwood, antimony, and chamomile flowers.
• A resept against Madnes [madness] given by Mr Leeds

  A remedy to tread "madness" (possibly referring to rabies) using a variety of plants and shrubs, dissolved in ale with pewter, garlic, and mithridate (a kind of panacea).
