              <text>&lt;p&gt;Poster used to promote the Living Newspaper production &lt;em&gt;Injunction Granted&lt;/em&gt; by a New York City unit of the Federal Theatre Project and performed at the Biltmore Theater. This and other photographs, posters, play scripts, and documents from the Project were discovered by George Mason University English Department faculty, Dr. Lorraine Brown and Professor John O' Connor in 1974. They comprise the Federal Theatre Project Collection in the George Mason University Libraries.&lt;/p&gt;&#13;
&lt;p&gt;The Federal Theatre Project was a division of the Works Progress Administration (WPA), which provided employment for large numbers of artists, writers, and performers during the Great Depression. The Living Newspapers dealt with contemporary factual material, dramatizing issues such as housing, agriculture, labor, and destitution.
